Read this policy together with the Terms of Service, Transaction Policy, Cancellation and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Separately confirmed commitments and rights that cannot be excluded by law continue to apply.
2. TrolyPage's rights and obligations
2.1. TrolyPage's rights
- Set the available plans, features, limits, prices and promotions, and update products and policies under the Terms of Service and commitments applicable to an existing purchase.
- Request accurate information necessary to verify an account, activate a service, reconcile a payment or issue an invoice. The collection and use of this information follow the Privacy Policy.
- Request full and timely payment of charges shown or agreed before a purchase is confirmed.
- Decline an unverified transaction or suspend the necessary part of a service in response to fraud, a breach, a security threat or a lawful request from an authority. TrolyPage will explain the reason, scope and available resolution under the Terms of Service; paid amounts are reconciled under the refund policy and applicable law.
- Perform maintenance, upgrades and incident response, with notice and remedies for service impact under the applicable agreement.
2.2. TrolyPage's obligations
- Disclose company details, plan features and limits, term, total price and transaction conditions before the Customer confirms a purchase.
- Activate the agreed plan, number of accounts or members, limits and term after payment is confirmed, and assist when a paid purchase has not activated.
- Provide service and support under the selected plan, quotation or separate agreement; investigate and remedy incidents within TrolyPage's responsibility. A specific availability or response commitment applies only when published or agreed.
- Protect personal and workspace data under the Privacy Policy and limit sharing and processing to applicable purposes, legal bases and legal requirements.
- Handle support requests, complaints, termination and refunds under the published policies, and meet applicable invoicing, tax and other financial obligations.
3. The Customer's rights and obligations
3.1. The Customer's rights
- Review plan details, limits, billing cycle, total price and transaction conditions, and correct selections before confirming a purchase.
- Choose an available plan, term and payment method, and receive the agreed access, features and limits after payment is confirmed.
- Manage a plan, cancel renewal, request termination or a refund under the Cancellation and Refunds Policy, and seek support for incorrect activation, missing features or interrupted service.
- Manage and export data, and make data requests under the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; submit feedback and complaints and seek dispute resolution under applicable law.
3.2. The Customer's obligations
- Provide and update accurate registration, business and invoicing information, safeguard login details and report suspected unauthorized access.
- Check the workspace, plan, limits, billing cycle and total price before confirming a purchase, and pay accepted charges on time.
- Check activation and report missing features or unreconciled payments through support. Provide a transaction reference and relevant details where needed, without sending passwords, one-time codes or integration tokens.
- Have the necessary rights to supplied content and connected channels, and comply with the law, intellectual property rights, the Terms of Service and third-party platform policies when using AI agents or integrations.
- Do not commit fraud, send unlawful content, attack or damage the system, or copy or redistribute the software beyond the granted license.
4. Breaches, remedies and disputes
When a breach occurs, the affected party should notify the other and cooperate to establish the facts. TrolyPage may apply a proportionate suspension under the Terms of Service. Suspension or termination does not automatically remove rights to reconciliation, refunds or compensation protected by law or a valid agreement.
If TrolyPage fails to provide the agreed service due to its own fault, the Customer may seek a remedy, fee adjustment, termination, refund or other relief under the Cancellation and Refunds Policy and applicable law. The parties seek an amicable resolution first. The complaints process does not restrict the right to contact a competent authority or bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
5. Policy updates and contact
TrolyPage may update this policy and notify customers of material changes under the Terms of Service. An update does not reduce rights already promised for an earlier purchase or rights that cannot be excluded by law. The updated date appears at the top of this page.
