When a valid submission is recorded, its base reward enters Frozen so the partner can see the result. The hold clock starts at that exact submission time and is measured to the minute, not rounded to a calendar day.

Each content type has its own hold. Minute-level timestamps release short missions at the right moment, while content that needs longer observation can use three days, five days, or another configured duration.
One evidence case gives reviewers and partners the same source of truth.
Every decision stays attached to submitted proof, quality score, and processing history. Staff request missing proof inside the case; partners use a separate appeal flow when they disagree.

There is no need to wait for the 15th. Finance handles each request and marks the paid item Complete. If payout details need correction, the request enters a correction state instead of being silently cancelled.

When are Frozen funds recorded?
As soon as the system accepts a valid submission, its base reward appears in the Growth wallet as Frozen. It becomes Available only after staff approval and the exact hold counted from submission.
Does every piece of content wait 30 days?
No. Base rewards use each mission’s own hold, such as 24 hours, 48 hours, three days, or another duration. D+30 applies only to separate performance rewards on missions with organic milestones.
How do staff review fairly?
The direct URL, evidence files, mission requirements, quality score, and decision history stay in one case. Staff may request more proof, and partners may appeal for QA review.
Does ranking increase the reward per mission?
No. Ranking only multiplies quota on eligible missions. The catalog reward remains fixed, so the same work is priced consistently across ranks.
When can I withdraw?
When Available reaches at least ₫50,000, you may submit a request at any time. Funds immediately move to Withdrawal processing and cannot be self-cancelled; finance marks the request Complete after payment.
