How is a referral attributed?
TrolyPage records a qualifying referral link or approved affiliate coupon and applies the attribution model configured by the program. Self-referrals and referrals within the same workspace are not eligible.
How does the discount and commission split work?
For percentage-based affiliate coupons, the customer discount is deducted from your maximum commission pool. With the current 25% pool, a 5% customer discount leaves a 20% partner rate; using the full pool leaves 0%. A 0% discount code is rejected.
When does commission become available?
A qualified commission first follows the configured hold period. Refunds or reversals are reflected in the ledger before funds become withdrawable.
Can I see my own performance?
Yes. The authenticated partner portal includes tracked visits, referrals, commission entries, coupons, available balance, payout requests, and payment profile details.
Can the program rules change?
TrolyPage can update enrollment, eligible plans, rates, coupon limits, attribution, and payout rules. The current values are shown on this page and inside the portal.
