AI usage is measured in input and output tokens, including conversation context, knowledge and replies. Current monthly quotas are shown in the pricing table; contact plans are agreed by contract. Reply counts vary with the model, conversation length and tasks, so tokens are not converted into a fixed number of chats.

MAU counts unique active customers in each monthly quota window. Multiple messages from the same customer count once per window. The window follows the usage anniversary, including for annual subscriptions.
