Tokens are the unit of measurement for an AI model's text processing capacity (1 Vietnamese word ≈ 1.5–2 tokens). For example, with the Starter plan (500,000 tokens/month), the AI can handle approximately 2,000 – 3,500 detailed advisory and order closing messages. With the Pro plan (5,000,000 tokens), you can handle 20,000 – 35,000 conversations each month.

MAU represents unique customers who send messages or interact with your page within a 30-day billing cycle. During this period, whether a customer sends 1 or 100 messages, they count as only 1 subscriber. At the start of each new billing cycle, the active subscriber count resets.
