1. Introduction and Scope
Welcome to TrolyPage (trolypage.com). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
TrolyPage is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, a product of SkyNet Solution (skynetsolution.click), that provides AI Agent solutions for automated customer care, conversation management, and sales support on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, Zalo, Telegram, TikTok, Pinterest, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Threads, Tumblr, Blogger, WordPress, Google Business Profile, and other communication channels.
2. Definitions
- "Service": All features, tools, and the platform provided by TrolyPage, including: AI Chatbot automation, customer relationship management (CRM), order processing, appointment scheduling, automatic posting, follow-up messaging, conversation analytics, and related features.
- "You" / "User": The individual or organization that registers and uses the Service.
- "Account": The account created on the TrolyPage platform to access and use the Service.
- "User Content": Data, messages, AI scripts, training documents, product information, and any other information you provide or create through the Service.
- "End Customer": A person who interacts with your Facebook Page, Instagram, or other channel through the AI Agent operated by TrolyPage.
- "AI Agent": An intelligent chatbot system using artificial intelligence to automatically respond to messages.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 years old with the consent of a legal guardian.
- You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials (email, password) and all activities that occur through your account.
- Each account is intended for a single individual or organization. Accounts may not be shared, rented, or transferred to third parties without prior written consent from TrolyPage.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. User Rights and Obligations
4.1. Your Rights
- Use all features included in your subscribed service plan.
- Access, manage, and export your customer data (CRM) on the platform.
- Connect and disconnect Facebook Pages, Instagram, and other channels at any time.
- Configure AI Agent (scripts, tone, knowledge) according to your business needs.
- Request technical support according to the support policy for your plan.
- Request deletion of all your data and account at any time.
4.2. Your Obligations
- Legal compliance: Do not use the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of Vietnamese or international law.
- Platform policy compliance: Fully comply with the policies of all platforms you connect through TrolyPage, including:
- No spam: Do not use the AI Agent to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), fraudulent content, harassment, or content that violates community standards of any platform.
- No abuse: Do not interfere with, damage, reverse-engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the systems, source code, or internal APIs of TrolyPage.
- Responsibility for AI content: You are responsible for the content that the AI Agent sends on behalf of your Page/channel. You should review and adjust AI scripts and training documents to ensure accurate and appropriate responses.
- Customer data protection: You are responsible for complying with personal data protection regulations regarding end customer data collected through the Service.
5. Service Plans and Payments
- TrolyPage offers multiple service plans (free and paid) with different pricing, limits, and features, clearly displayed on the website.
- Service prices may change with at least 30 days prior notice. New prices take effect from the next billing cycle.
- Payments are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. The Service automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date.

- Invoices and payment methods comply with applicable Vietnamese law.
6. Intellectual Property
- TrolyPage's rights: We own all intellectual property rights to the platform, including source code, interface design, logo, the "TrolyPage" trademark, AI algorithms, documentation, and all related intellectual property.
- Your rights: You retain full ownership of your User Content (scripts, training documents, customer data, etc.).
- License to use: You grant TrolyPage a non-exclusive, limited license to use your User Content to the minimum extent necessary to provide and operate the Service. This license automatically terminates when you delete the content or cancel your account.
7. AI Disclaimer
- The AI Agent uses artificial intelligence technology based on large language models (LLM). AI responses are generated based on the scripts, training documents you provide, and the conversation context.
- AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses in some cases ("hallucination"). You should regularly review and fine-tune your AI scripts.
- TrolyPage is not liable for damages arising directly from AI-generated content, including but not limited to: incorrect product/pricing information, inaccurate commitments, or misleading responses.
- You are the final decision-maker and bear legal responsibility for the use of the AI Agent on your channel.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We strive to maintain maximum uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will operate 100% without interruption or errors.
- We are not liable for losses arising from:
- Use of or inability to use the Service.
- Loss of revenue, loss of customers, loss of data, or indirect damages.
- Actions by third parties (Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Zalo, AI providers, etc.) affecting the Service.
- API policy changes by Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Zalo, or other connected platforms.
- TrolyPage's maximum total liability in all cases shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Suspension and Termination
9.1. Suspension by TrolyPage
We reserve the right to suspend your account without prior notice if:
- A violation of these Terms or connected platform policies (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Zalo, Telegram, etc.) is detected.
- Fraudulent activity, spam, or system security threats are detected.
- Required by a competent government authority.
In the event of suspension, we will notify you via email and provide an opportunity to respond within 7 days.
9.2. Termination by You
- You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting all channels and submitting an account deletion request.
- After termination, you may continue to use the Service until the end of the current billing cycle (for paid plans).
9.3. Data Handling After Termination
- Account data is retained for an additional 7 days so you may cancel the request if you change your mind.
- After 7 days, the user data covered by the deletion request will be anonymized or permanently deleted, except for data required to be retained by law.
- You may request immediate deletion (without the 7-day waiting period) by contacting [email protected].
10. Privacy and Security
The collection, use, and protection of personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. By using the Service, you agree to the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
11. Force Majeure
TrolyPage shall not be liable for any delay or interruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, including: natural disasters, war, epidemics, global internet network failures, API policy changes by Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, or other connected platforms, or government decisions.
12. Changes to Terms
TrolyPage reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. When significant changes are made:
- Notification via email at least 15 days in advance.
- A notice displayed on the platform when you log in.
- The effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree, you have the right to discontinue use and request account deletion.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in the following order:
- Good faith negotiation between both parties within 30 days.
- If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent People's Court in Hanoi, Vietnam for resolution.
14. General Provisions
- Severability: If any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrolyPage.
- No waiver: Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
