Data Deletion Instructions

1. Introduction

Trợ Lý Page (trolypage.com) provides a data deletion workflow for end users and for the Meta Platform callback requirement.

The current workflow focuses on deleting or anonymizing user-level data, revoking access, and stopping future collection. Because this is a multi-user SaaS, tenant-owned business data may require an ownership transfer or manual review before completion.

2. Submit a Request Now

You can submit a request directly on this page. We will send a verification email. Once verified, the request enters a 7-day cooling-off period before final processing.

3. Other Ways to Request Deletion

Method 1: Remove the App from Facebook

  1. Open Apps and Websites in Facebook.
  2. Find Trợ Lý Page and click Remove.
  3. After the Meta callback arrives, we stop collecting new Facebook data and invalidate the related access tokens.

Method 2: Send an email

  1. Email [email protected].
  2. Suggested subject: Data deletion request - [registered email].
  3. If you only need a narrow action such as disconnecting a Fanpage or reviewing Facebook-only data, state that clearly in the email for manual handling.

Method 3: Self-service inside your account

  1. Sign in at trolypage.com/app/profile.
  2. Open the Data deletion section in your profile.
  3. Enter your current password to schedule deletion for your own user account.
  4. You can cancel the request during the 7-day waiting period from your profile or by using the cancellation link sent by email.

4. What the automated process does

Once a verified request reaches its execution date, the platform automatically:

  • Anonymizes the user profile and rotates internal credentials.
  • Removes the user from joined workspaces/accounts.
  • Deletes the user's personal settings stored by the platform.
  • Sends a completion email when possible.

If the requester is the only owner of an active account, ownership must be transferred to another owner or admin before the request can be scheduled. This prevents orphaned tenant data.

5. Data that may still be retained

  • Billing and invoice records may be retained to satisfy accounting or legal obligations.
  • Minimal deletion-request logs may be retained to prove the request was processed.
  • Tenant-owned business data may require manual review if the request is about removing a user rather than deleting an entire tenant.

6. Timeline

7. Check request status

You can ask for a status update by emailing [email protected] and including your registered email or the request code shown after submission.

8. Important notes

  • Deletion is irreversible after the final processing step completes.
  • If you only want to stop using AI or disconnect a channel, you do not need to submit a deletion request.
  • If you are the only owner of an active account, transfer ownership first before using the self-service flow.
  • Data already sent to third-party platforms before the deletion date can remain subject to those providers' retention rules.
  • Messages that already exist on Meta systems cannot be deleted from Meta by our platform.
